CPhI & PMEC India 2025 showcases pharma innovation and sets stage for expanded 2026 edition
The 18th edition of CPhI & PMEC India, South Asia’s largest pharmaceutical event, took place from November 25–27, 2025, at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR. Organised by Informa Markets, the event welcomed over 50,000 industry professionals and more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 120 countries, underlining India’s position as a global pharmaceutical hub.
The event brought together leaders across the pharmaceutical value chain, including APIs, excipients, formulations, packaging, machinery, and contract services. Attendees had the opportunity to network, access market insights, and explore business matchmaking opportunities, while exhibitors highlighted innovations in clean manufacturing, ESG compliance, and Pharma 4.0 technologies.
More than 30 high-level sessions covered topics such as API self-reliance, digitalisation, sustainability, and exports. Panel discussions focused on green design principles in pharma packaging, reducing carbon footprints, and reimagining innovation to enable transformative medicines. Signature events including the CPhI Pharma Awards and Pharma Connect Congress recognised excellence in innovation, sustainability, and manufacturing, and fostered leadership exchange and policy dialogue.
Looking ahead, CPhI & PMEC India 2026 will adopt a two-venue format to accommodate growing demand and enhance the visitor experience. CPhI India, focused on pharma ingredients and formulations, will take place at IICC Yashobhoomi, Dwarka from November 23–25, 2026. PMEC India, dedicated to machinery and equipment, will operate at IEML Greater Noida from November 24–26, 2026. A complimentary shuttle service will connect the venues during overlapping days, providing seamless access to the full supply chain.
The expanded format aims to improve space allocation, navigation, and interaction quality, enabling exhibitors and attendees to maximise ROI and networking opportunities. CPhI & PMEC India continues to support collaboration, innovation, and growth, reinforcing India’s role as a leading global pharmaceutical market.
