Tjoapack launches customer collaboration dashboard with Veratrak partnership
Tjoapack, a global contract packaging organization, has introduced a new Customer Collaboration Dashboard to improve efficiency and transparency in its operations. The platform aims to streamline processes including artwork management, file exchange, workflow creation, and order management, facilitating closer collaboration between Tjoapack and its clients.
The launch follows an extended partnership with Veratrak, a provider of SaaS solutions tailored for the life sciences sector. Veratrak, which serves over 200 partners across six continents, has worked with Tjoapack since 2018, initially using its supply chain management platform to enhance the tracking of critical activities in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
The collaboration has since evolved with the addition of new features such as real-time order tracking, custom filtering options for order insights, and inventory visibility. These improvements aim to reduce manual workload, minimize human error, and provide live access to data to support decision-making.
The dashboard’s real-time capabilities aim to address inefficiencies in communication between Tjoapack and its clients, helping pharmaceutical companies reduce time-to-market, improve compliance, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key features of the platform include real-time order tracking, which gives clients 24/7 access to the most up-to-date order status. Enhanced inventory management allows clients to view both bulk and finished goods inventory. Custom workflows are available to help clients streamline project management and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
The platform also supports digital artwork management, enabling clients to upload, review, and approve packaging artwork. A secure, GxP-compliant platform for document exchange, called File Vault, reduces reliance on email and manual processes. Additionally, there are plans to integrate AI-driven analytics and seamless API connections to further automate and improve efficiency.
