CPHI Americas 2025 is backing the next generation of pharmaceutical professionals with the launch of a new Emerging Professional badge, offering a range of learning, networking, and career development opportunities for those just starting out in the sector.

Taking place May 20–22 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, the initiative is aimed at supporting those in their first three years of work or study in the pharmaceutical industry. The badge allows access to the show at a reduced rate and opens the door to expert-led insights, mentoring conversations, and meaningful networking with peers and seasoned professionals alike.

Those attending with an Emerging Professional badge can explore the full show floor, attend targeted content sessions, and connect with top-level industry figures. Networking continues beyond the event itself, with access to the event app helping attendees stay in touch with new contacts and opportunities.

In addition, the new CPHI Rising Stars Initiative will spotlight career changers, start-up founders, and early-career scientists already making an impact. Industry leaders are being encouraged to nominate stand-out talent to help foster career progression and mentorship within the sector.
