Informa Markets has unveiled the 2025 speaker line-up for CPHI Frankfurt, confirming more than 260 experts across seven content tracks and introducing a new Leadership Summit. The event, taking place at Messe Frankfurt from 28–30 October 2025, will bring together voices from across the global pharmaceutical ecosystem to explore innovation, regulation and leadership in the sector.

The Leadership Summit, sponsored by Ensera, is a new feature for 2025 designed to unite senior executives for high-level discussions on global policy, market dynamics, access to medicines and the geopolitical challenges shaping pharmaceutical supply chains.

Tara Dougal, event director for Informa Markets, said: “The 2025 event reflects not only the scale of innovation across pharma but also the sector’s need for connected leadership and diverse perspectives. Our speaker line-up represents a balance of experience and forward thinking, tackling the core challenges and opportunities facing pharma today.”

This year’s agenda will feature themed tracks curated with industry partners including IQVIA, Medicines for Europe, CEPI, EFCG and PSCI, each focusing on different aspects of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing.

The Packaging and Device Innovation track will explore patient-centric packaging, connected devices and regulatory strategies for combination products, while the Future of Pharma and Ingredients sessions will focus on APIs, digital chemistry and regulatory modernisation.

The Next-Gen Bio programme will highlight the latest advances in biologics, cell and gene therapy and mRNA technologies, and Clinical Innovation sessions will look at decentralised trials, digital endpoints and AI-enabled patient recruitment.

On the production side, Manufacturing 5.0 will examine smart factories, AI in production and data-driven quality, and Sustainable Futures will address emissions reduction, ESG reporting and circular manufacturing models. The Spotlight Stage will cover developments in cleanroom operations and sustainability.

The inaugural Leadership Summit will feature strategic discussions on global pharma leadership, business continuity and market access, positioning CPHI Frankfurt as a platform for long-term collaboration and policy dialogue.

The 2025 line-up reflects a growing emphasis on diversity of thought, bringing together contributors from industry, government, academia and the non-profit sector. According to organisers, this cross-sector approach is designed to accelerate innovation across all stages of pharmaceutical development.
